If the chased unit is suffering from Kamui Tag , that unit will have their Mystery Cooldown increased by 1 and this skill ignores a certain amount of Defense. Can be triggered twice each round.
Triggered with at least 20 Combo , causes damage, 3 Combo and Kamui Tag to up to 5 units in the opponent's field, a random unit hit will suffer from Knockdown . After this skill is executed, Rinnegan units in your lineup will have their Chase attacks become unavoidable until the end of the round.
Obito has high chances to evade Standard Attacks and when he executes a Chase , recovers 8% HP and increases his Ninjutsu by 12% (stackable). While Obito is alive, if the opponent executes their Standard Attack, reduce that unit's Critical Rate by 3% (stackable) and if they suffer Mystery damage, that unit will also suffer from Level 2 - Tension .
