Before the first action in a round, Choji recovers HP based on 10% of his base Ninjutsu stat.
Whenever Choji receives healing, increase his Attack and Defense by 10% (stackable).
The dodge skill with zero dodge rate is not displayed on the UI, it is only added for dodge action. And the profound meaning cannot be interrupted.
